Jacob Montes is the founder of ProFactory Construction and an experienced construction professional with a strong background in both commercial and residential projects. Over the course of his career, he has managed large-scale developments including multi-family residential buildings, commercial rehabs, office build-outs, healthcare facilities, and educational spaces. Known for his leadership, attention to detail, and understanding of building codes and safety procedures, Jacob has built a reputation for delivering high-quality work while effectively managing crews, schedules, and project operations. His experience spans multiple trades, including carpentry, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, structural work, and project management.
Before founding ProFactory Construction, Jacob worked in leadership roles overseeing day-to-day field operations, coordinating with architects, subcontractors, and clients, and ensuring projects stayed on schedule. His hands-on experience in both management and skilled trades has given him a well-rounded approach to construction and problem-solving.
